Seals are sometimes a PITA. So is the traffic on 495 for the ride to the Ditch. So are all the weekend worriors who need 100 yards either side of them to not tangle lines, so are the slippery rocks , so are the loose debris like rope etc that snags your line. Its all part of the game. If it was easy we would be doing something else more challenging.

Do you really think people should be out shooting seals? There just another creature out there trying to enjoy life. Yes I've cursed them when they are 100 yards out with a 20 pounder flapping in their teeth while you have been skunked for hours. Sure I would shoo them away if I could. But would you shoot one?

I hope however did it has a big mouth and brags about it. Fine him to whatever extent is allowed but please be sure he can never legally carry a gun again!

Good thing they weren't Navy Seals, those things shoot back... Just ask Bin Laden, Oh, sorry too late, he's not talking.

A few more Great Whites and it could be a two fer one. The seals and tourists. Its natures way.

Some say that there's a fine line between a Surfcaster and some idiot just standing on the beach.

Better hope they don't catch this guy with a bunch of rods in the back otherwise it's gonna give PETA/plover huggers/etc ALOT of ammo.

This won't be a local or state deal, this is fed. So someone is in some very deep poopies.
