Get the boga grip if you want to use it as a tool for handling fish, but if you just want a scale, then the berkely is the way to go. Its fun bottoming out a 30lb boga grip, but unless you have two of them, you have to do some calculating to get your weights.
Got Stripers has a point about overhandling fish, but I have to say that any striper I take thats worth measuring girth is going to be laying on the sand or rocks anyway as I unhook it.
