I do what striperman36 does. I do hundreds of plugs like this. Keep them warm spray a couple dozen outdoors. let hang for 15 min then take inside and hang by the furnace.My ceiling by the furnace has 100 screw eyes in it. I then do a second batch an by this point the hangin plugs are ready for the second coat.I've run about every test you can do to see if they will peal and they do fine. I let them set for at leat 48 hrs then paint the top coats the same way.they then set 48hrs till other colors like red throat an gills or dots. 48 more hrs then the E-tex goes on. Plugs have done fine thet way. Ron
