Then I realized that by going to Market Basket I was shaving off ~30% of my grocery bill each trip, and I was NOT saving that much in gas... If it's your only grocery store around, then the points are a great thing... But if there are other stores nearby you're likely losing money in the long run... The S&S prices are outta control.
