This is always the story with this company,
always since day one. Always some lame excuse he feeds guys untill it happens again and then he comes up with something else. I just don't understand how a business does not respond to customers when they are trying to spend money, what is going to happen when you have an issue with that rubber bottom falling apart on that bag?? I also don't understand how you as a customer think this is ok?? Hey look at the bright side atleast you didn't pay for a bag and then never get one right? What's even funnier is this guy is a sponser of this site, there has been two threads about this with in a week, you would think he would come defend how great his customer service is, what a joke....
