I do not have central air. I seldom get too hot and on the few days its bothering me I run a big window unit. There have been some summers I didn't run it at all but last summer with the heart problem I ran it a lot. I had the highest electric bill last August of any month ever going back about 20 years! However when your heart is on the fritz the electric bill is not really something you worry about too much at the time.
I hate to ask but what dose the PM cover,If you don't have A/C and the PM dosen't cover heat then what dose it cover?
