A Little Camp Cooking...

Had some quality time up at the Boy Scout camp this weekend and made up a nice meal.....A Nice Meatloaf Dinner w/ Mushroom/onion gravy, Pan-fried Potatoes, and Carrots.

A few pics of the Process...

Fired up the meatloaf in a Dutch Oven w/ the Carrots and some onions. Prepped the Stove for the potatoes and the Gravy.

While that was cooking I fried up the potatos in a cast Iron Skillet. After the Potatos were done I put them off to the side and started on the gravy.

Meatloaf takes about 15 minutes to put together and about an hour and 15 to bake.
