right click on your internet explorer icon, click on properties
On the general tab where it says Temporary Internet Files, click on delete files. A pop up box should appear, check the 'Delete all offline content' and hit ok.
That will clear you cache. When it is finished, manually change your home page to
http://www.striped-bass.com. Then reboot your machine.
