I went through this too. We were both right and both wrong. It took some time and give and take to come to something of an understanding. Be sure to kick her out of the house too so she can have some "me time". Plan in advance when you are going to go so that the night (s) on the calendar. Plan out several nights over a couple weeks and select some for fishing and select some for her.
