Storage places are a big drain. I went that route once , never again if I can help it.

Been getting rid of a lot of stuff. Briefcases, rods etc...

Some things like guitars are hard because I know I'm going to want and pick them up sometime. The old Hagstrom could go.

Ultimately it still just comes down to a space issue, there just won't be enough room in the new basement for all this crap.

At least the TV will be larger
