I would completly agree but as the saying goes a fence only keeps out an honest man. I will get one ether way but if they dont go after the people causing the prob the prob will not go away. It is just like the state pier in NPT they have had probs down there for years so now it is off limits, well I was down there every night for a mounth before anyone came in to tell us we could not be there. If they would start arresting people causing the probs the rest of us would have access to more spots and land owners would not feel they had to try to close space off to the public. Now I understand they dont have the man power to watch every where why is that? it is because the leaders of the local and state gov see fit to take the money raised from fishing and spend it in other areas. So POed I nedd to stop for awile.
