mag cap restriction is stupid- i can reload in seconds if need be. only good thing about ma is it's much easier to get a ltc than in ri.

You are correct Don. Getting an LTC in RI is a cluster &$#@**. Have to go in front of the Attorney General and tell them why you need an LTC.

You think the criminals are doing this???
