Mortgage reform and the GLB act! Ring a bell. Kind of the perfect storm for setting up the failure we are experiencing now in our economy. Difference was FDR did something other than hand out money he didn't have. He put people to work. Obama just prints money to pay for failed programs. Kind of tough to create jobs when you have no clue how to. Maybe next time the Dems should put some one on the ticket who has had his name on the front of a few paychecks and not just on the back of them
