yes, its a 1 bedroom and 1 1/2 bathroom. The full bathroom is in the bedroom and the 1/2 bath is by the living room.

There's always fish at the cape this time of year. It depends on where you go...timing is 95% of the battle, at least in my opinion.

It'll probably be available for rent next year if it isn't sold yet. Its currently for sale on the market. Feel free to ask if your interested.

If the pool don't suit you, you can always jump in the ocean. Its right across the street.
