Plus incentives, which they control and Welker can't. They Didn't play Wes until they were forced to by injuries last year. He didn't forger that. Also last year he made 9.5 mil as a franchise player. So they offered him half? I'd be gone too. The owners this season are playing hardball. All of them. Denver got a gift from the football gods..
