Really, what are these people smoking. Lets cut the arm off for a broken finger. The bridges are not original, nothing lasts forever. Bridges get repaired and replaced all the time.

This had to be an April fools joke printed too early.

Lets not forget why the canal was created, to stop ship wrecks on Nantucket shoals.

Do these clowns from PEW remember the Argo Merchant? I think that was a bit bigger than the 11 oil spills that combined the last 10 years or so.
