Great company to work for Ive been with them for over 3 years, and they have been very good to me, ive gotten to go to Chicago and las Vegas all expenses paid for food shows, doesnt suck.  
 
Its a small corporation, but each restaurant is run like a mom and pop, lots of room for specials, creative ideas, and making the place your own.
