Can't stand cooking on gas. I understand the convenience, but I've found that when I start my charcoal in a chimney I'm cooking at the same time I would be if I was preheating a gas grill. Plus I always ran out of propane at the most in opportune times!

Weber 22" and a chimney starter... And don't look back! From your comments it doesn't look like you'll be happy with the flavor from any gas grill.

And always natural lump charcoal. Always.
