PVC with 3 screws drilled and tapped.
with elastic bands works great.

goose i do have one spot i wanna try with you, i have never tried it before. the herring will stack up outside if there is no way for them to get to the pond. the herring will run up on the beach trying to get in. always thought about it ... never tried this place.. gotta be good
