I want to thank everyone. I had a great time at the plug fest. I met a few people, Missing link, Jr. link, Christians father, and Bigfish. Yes, i do like scup fishing. Over the summer my father and I decided to go get a few scup because we were not getting a lot of fluke. About every 2-5 minutes we were catching scup. It was great i really enjoyed it. I cant wait maybe we can all hook up and go fishing this summer. Then i can teach you guys to fluke fish as good as me. LOL. Thanks again.

Thanks to Slip, his lovely wife, and John R.,it was really great seeing Eelpunt, Adam R., VB, Tagger, Newell Guy, Thanks to #^^^^^^^^^^^&, love that Dancin' Banana! Nice seeing Karl F., Capesams, the old grump, Big Fish, Fishweewee your the man, Specialist, Hugh Schultz, Got Stripers,Eben( I want a squid!), Bassmaster holding court at the lathe, NIB you are too funny but I still think you and Bassmaster might be related, Toonoc, and all the others. I can see this becoming a show in the next year or two, A tackle-crafters show with plug building, rod building and fly tying all wrapped up into one event. I had fun sharing alittle part of my plug collection with you all and can't wait till next year but now I must get ready for the upcoming season and my first Insider's column submission for OTW'S April issue is only 7 weeks away. Here's to a great year for all of you!

Thanks to all that stopped by, a percentage is going back to John to run the show, I only wish I got around more. Always a problem when you set up shop, hard to get around to mingle much, but the riff raff seemed to drift around enough . I have a loose rear seal tonight, must be something I ate.

I want to go fishing now!
Thanks Slip, John R!
All paid up for the stripers and blues tourney.
Learned some great stuff that I can put to use. I can read something 8 times and retain it, I see something once and Its locked in my mind forever.
Wee Wee you ever start making that Kaa* plug you let me know I know who to send them to for Christmas.
Met a bunch of great ppl. today! It was cool to put names to faces. Tried to talk a bit with everyone there but there was a good crowd of dangerously obsessed people, uh I mean dedicated anglers/builders there.

Thanks Flaptail!
Flaptail...I tried to PM you but your box is full. Nice to meet you today and I want to thank you for bringing part of your valued plug collection. It was great to hold the first Gibbs plug, however I did not get a chance to ask you how this plug came into your possesion? There must be a good story behind that and I would love to hear it when you get a minute. Thanks again Flap.

Hey everyone! Big thanks again for coming overtoday and making a schweet day ruining wood and showing off your stuff! It never ceases to amaze me!
Also huge thanks to both Slip & Slip's better half, Melissa. Slip did a tremendous job putting today together and Melissa truly helped out and did a great job runnin' the table (and bringing the brownies ). Everyone give a big applause to The Slips...
I'm trying to get my kid to go to sleep so no long-winded posts from me today but I do want to thank Got Stripers, #^^^^^^^^^^^&, Newell Guy, Backbeach Jake, Gloucster, Tim Su, errr, WeeWee , Flaptail and the folks over at OTW, Armand, and everyone else that donated to the door prizes and raffle table... I know there were some stoked people after winning that stuff. Thanks to BM & Slip for the demonstrations for actually turning wood. Thanks to those that helped set up and clean up...
I also want to sincerely thank all of you people that are such hot chits to make this site what it is, just a nice, comfortable, honest place to hang out and talk fishing, get together, and schtuff. You all deserve a round of applause too!
And great food too! We never go hungry at one of these...
Thanks!!!!
ps - thanks to all those that put stuff in my personal stash = 'specially Christian! and that work by Eben was schweet too. The squid was unreal
"Ho in training" award goes to Missing Link Jr - he tried to grab ALL the Ledge Runner Baits off the raffle table
