There was a video on here I think last year that show a bunch of floaters in the cape.Obvious dumped bycatch from some type of dragger.The video had bass floating as far as the eye could see.Thousands of dead bass.This is going on up and down the coast.It's not illegal is what I'm hearing but, should it be is what I'm thinking ? I think so.
