I found 5 lb bags of frozen peas are the best ice pack. I use to put 4-5 bags on my knee to try and help keep the swelling down and the help stretch stuff |

Went to see CroMags and Supertouch last night. Off to the PO shortly to mail out a ton of plug bags, plugs, and a van staal real shortly. Picking up the my mother in law and grandmother in law at Logan at 1 today. Hopefully will watch some soccer and football at some point too.

They sent me home with a Polar Ice machine. Very nice and effective Ice pack. It's essentially a small cooler you fill with ice and water. It has an internal pump that circulates the ice water to a wrap on the knee. Works great. |
