SCORE
what an intense game!
I'm exhausted just watching it, the players must be toast but relieved it's over

53 saves by Rask wow
I predicted 37 would get it
great play by that line
I hope Campbells' leg ain't broke

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.
1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!
It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

Worth staying up late for indeed. Best game I have seen in quite awhile, probably ever. Tuukaa was insanely awesome. B's power play is horrible but their penalty killing is perfect, stopping this talented Penguins team every time. Two goals total for Pitts in 11 periods of hockey! Gotta say Pitt goalie pretty much stood on his head as well.
That had to deflate them so get out your brooms!

I have to reach pretty far back into my memory to come up with a better playoff performance by a goalie, than what Rask did last night. Even Dryden didn't face 54 shots from that B's machine back in 1971.
And to hold that offense to 2 goals over 11 periods (or at least 10 and part of an 11th), that's just incredible. No matter how good a D he has in front of him.

That was an amazing OT performance...either team could have won. I had a hard time sleeping after that I was so jacked.
Campbell showed commitment with a capital B.

May 4, 2000, rookie Flyers goalie Brian Boucher stopped 57 shots by the Pens in a 2-1 win in the 5th O/T. I guess that trumps Tuukka. He gave up a goal in the first three minutes of the opening period, and had 6-1/2 scoreless periods thereafter.
I knew there was a 5 O/T game in the not-too-distant past, and that was it.

Who would think we would see a better playoff from a goalie than what Tim Thomas did a few years ago.
Rask, unreal !!!
And he's a kid at 26 years !!!

Thoughts:
Sidney needs some serious jaw surgery and major dental attn.
Bylsma will be looking for a job (but not for long). 4 times beaten by a lower seed in the playoffs, and with a line up like that....no excuses, management will send him packing. (I bet he goes to the rangers )
Iginla will not get re-signed by pens, they gave up a lot for him and ended up on 3rd line producing a big fat donut.
I bet they blow up part of the team and trade a superstar.
IMO...their defense was their weakest link. (and they gave away the first two games way too easy)
Rask was stellar this series, simply stellar. (I think he only signed a 1 year contract...man is he in good shape, I hope the B's can afford him next year! )
Finals should be amazing...its gonna be Hawks vs B's (I think Quick has seen his run come to an end)
two orig 6's, major viewership. Can't wait.
