Probably because they are busy fishing and not online like the rest of us

John,

so someone only has to post a little more frequently than once per month to be "SB Angler of the year"? Shouldn't they be contributing members of the sight? Asking someone to post once a week (50 posts) doesn't see to much to be considered for SB Angler of the year. There are people here who come on every day and answer the same questions month after month. Ask a question about a piece of equipment and they'll patiently come back and answer any question you ask or answer the question in a different way until your satisfied. And they're great fisherman. Respectfully asking you to raise the min. to 50 posts.
Thanks

Paul - i understand but there are people that we also meet up with out fishing or at events that are very active contributors to the site that just don't post much. I can think of a dozen awesome anglers that are always there to help out or go fishing that post 10 times per year.

Very tough line to walk as it is not zero sum.

JR,

Raider Ronnie nominated Freak and Niko second him so it looks like Freak is in? If he isn't, I'll second him. If he doesn't need the second, I'll 2nd Ronnie so he doesn;t have to second himself
