any one looking for pogies? no exaggeration 4 football fields of them outside at The Gurnet. impressive to see .. nothing under them so many Ray even saw them  |

That mass of pogies was from Brant Rock to the Gurnet on Sunday morning about 400 yds off shore. There I was with a 7' schoolie rod; hoping instead of fishing.

Although I've been getting out, quality bass have been elusive for me this year. My son usually out fishes me both in quantity & quality. He's had a blast so far this season but he also wanted to find some larger fish. This weekend worked out great, finally some larger bass.......
