any one looking for pogies? no exaggeration 4 football fields of them outside at The Gurnet. impressive to see .. nothing under them so many Ray even saw them

That mass of pogies was from Brant Rock to the Gurnet on Sunday morning about 400 yds off shore. There I was with a 7' schoolie rod; hoping instead of fishing.

Although I've been getting out, quality bass have been elusive for me this year. My son usually out fishes me both in quantity & quality. He's had a blast so far this season but he also wanted to find some larger fish. This weekend worked out great, finally some larger bass.......
