I plan to go.

I may have missed it in this thread but is there a place yet to purchase tickets?

Hey Everyone!

I have made a list of menu items that you all have said you will bring to give us a better of idea of where we stand on food.

Here goes:

There are now 21 Main Course dishes on the table (including Eben's 'Holdover Suprise)
Two salads
5 Deserts
Paper Goods (forks, knives, spoons, plates, bowls, napkins) from IwannaKeeper and Capt. Dave

It looks like we may be lacking in:
sweet stuff
rolls/bread
soda/water

Hope that helps and can't wait to see everyone again!

OK - my wife got a call back from the Holiday Inn - Regular rate is 85 or so per night and the S-B rate would be 65 per night if we get more than 10 rooms (hey, an extra twenty for the raffle table or some expensive wine for your missus )...

I'm going to start a holiday in room thread - please reply to the thread if you will register a room for that night...

Thanks,

John

I can bring a big cooler if it is needed.

This is my first year, so I am a little confused. Does the hall allow us to bring our own beverages? I thought there was a bar where we bought this stuff.

I found my problem booking the room.

I was calling the 866 # for Holiday Inn corporate. They do not see the booking for Striped-bass or stripped-bass.

you do have to call the hotel directly. But I got my room and cannot wait to get there.
