Just had cornmeal crusted tog on top of sauteed greens, roasted fennel, and a fennel nage. F'in great. Now I see why everybody likes the toggin so much.
Thanks again to Tony for the hospitality and dennis for somebody to block the spray on the way out to Ribbon.

Sounds good. I dont think there is a way to cook tog and it wont be good!

Sounds like fun guys. Next time. I was out with Numbskull that day fishin for bass in that somewhat area but on other side. It was lumpy that day and big swells. G's boat cuts thru it fine though, a pleasure to ride in, my boat would have required a trip to dentist after.

I heard and saw some pictures of a bunch caught at Cleveland Ledge the same day we went out. I am going to try over in that area instead??I heard they limited out in 2 hours with 4 guys on the boat? Worth a shot, AI tp have a bunch of crabs to use up!!

i was at cleveland today, what a perfect day!! But the fish weren't biting?? Got a few small and one nice 18" in 5 hours
But would not have changed a thing on the water today!!

WOW, TogFest III should have been today! FAC seas and tog bite was UNREAL...I boated over 50 tog in 3.5hrs. For those with me last week, "Chuck's spot". Chummed leftover dead crabs heavily. Mostly keeper sized!

Striper thumb vs. Tog fingers?? I have 6 fingers so raw after an epic tog day that I thought striper thumb was bad! No comparison.
