Ocean House Hotel Sold

The Ocean House Hotel in Watch Hill has sold and it is rumored that 3 to 4 new multimillion dollar houses will go up on the former property. Do you think this will have any effect on access, seeing as though the property is 13+ acres. That is a lot of shore area for the richy riches to try and control or think they own.

I used to go drinking there in the early 90's. I doubt that you will lose too much access because there is so little there now. What a beautiful spot. It is too bad that the hotel will be destroyed.
