Canal report, 8.3.04 Night.
Fished the ditch from sunset till about 1. Got a 26" on my first cast, waited bout 4 hours for the next and it was about 15" caught on shad bodies and a mombo. Hell of a nice night out there, just not a ton of fish.
Everything is better on the rocks.

i am going to fish live eels one of these week nights on the canal
i have a ?? off topic are aluminum oxide guides on my rod braid frendly??

i would think they would be fine with braid but i really am just guessing.
Everything is better on the rocks.
