providence river close

Heard that the providence river was closed to fishing, does anyone have any info?

I fished their Sunday with other boats and no one bothered us, But I wasn;t way up the river near the fuel tanks, etc.,,////

I wouldn't be suprised. They'ce closed some of the access waterways to several Boston LNG facilities...
