Was supposed to be a big jig making weekend. i had hoped to finish up what we need for the season. however , everyone backed out this weekend so I guess i may do some yard work if the weather allows and maybe fine tune the reels and start loading my jig bag with lead and rubber.
I hope the weather is good at leats one day , i still have tons of work in the yard and i'm moving slow these days with a sore back after getting rear ended two fridays ago.

Going out in Beantown tonight. I headed to the south shore sat to see the family. Perhaps hit the canal? does anyone know if the fish are up to the canal yet and if the herring are running? If so, standing in cold rain on sat night plugging sounds like a boat load of fun for me.

Visit the kids tomorrow, work on the boat on Sunday, going fishing as soon as we get a good day of weather.
