Mass. Tax Free Weekend!

Did anyone buy anything and take advantage??? We bought 2 twin beds for my boys for the new house.....and I bought a new pancake compressor w/nail gun.....course I will mostly be painting with it in my new man-cave!

Went with my dad to pick up a window a/c unit.He's been having trouble with the central.Better safe than sorry,he don't need to be sitting in a hot house at his age.The no tax thing was a huge bonus.

I live 10 miles fro Nashua and I NEVER shop in Mass unless I have to.

BTW, what is the sales tax for anyway??

a car battery, a whopping $2.75 savings.
No one would care if all stores announced 5% off day, but the feeling of getting back at Taxachusetts makes it worth it.

I bought a wet suit and various other sundries today...but it had nothing to do with tax free anything it had to do with fishing .....and a trip I am taking later this week

LAst year I had to stop on an outer rock that was 300 or so feet from shore...My friend with the flippers and all the gear actually goes out further than 2 long casts

I'm only saying I wouldnt run out if all these stores ran a "5% off, this weekend only" sale. I price shop for months on large ticket items. But I'm glad the weekend WORKED FOR YOU.
