trying to find the big fish
how is every1 im new to this site iwas wondering where the big ones are at i live in westerly ri if any 1 could give me any info on times,the tides,what ther hitting on ,any good hotspots im a surfcaster so any spots along any of the beaches would behighly appreicated thanks  |

Alright Bloo  Great reply!! Why don't we meet them at the gas station, hold their hand, and lead them down the sandy trail??  I've paid my fishless dues -- and probably you have too. Slept in my car--froze my a&% off--drove my gas tank empty. Bought lures and bait , that had no chance of working anywhere near the place I got it from. LIVE--LEARN.  Drive down where you see some water &%#&^ and start fishing!!!!  Oh yeah, welcome to the site. |

Joe, You live in Westerly, I believe that is amost as close to Mecca as you can get in RI. I haven't had the years to learn the spots, but you can't go wrong around Watch Hill or Naps.

Joe, welcome aboard - don't mind these people, they are jealous of close you are to beautiful fishing  ...
You have every boulder littered stretch of beach from WH to 'Gansett to work. I recommend you not only stop in and see Don or Charlie @ Weekapaug B&T but that you also visit all nooks and cranny's from Weekapaug Breachway up to the beach past weekapaug point. That ALONE would take a couple years to learn and they are all productive areas.... Don't forget your Korkers
