Thinking of going tue or wed...

I was there for a while early on then headed south. Thanks to a late change in the forecast we had a nice ride and a great day fishing. Tide dependant ramp made for a late launch for us. Lines started to go in at 0810 and at 0820 we were tight with a 50 incher.

Another thing, we were running 6 spreader bars and 1 daisy chain and managed to raise some large shark. Lots of commotion out back and I guess he was "inquiring!" He surfaced between bars and followed us for maybe 2 or 3 minutes then submerged. Scared the Christ out of me.....

The only way I can describe it is the dorsal fin was large and grey. It didn't have the side to side flopping of a Mola. Plus you could see it's tail fin sticking out of the water when it was kicking back and forth between bars. Really freaked me out though.
