Isn't it great that some of our residents are animal lovers? It makes me smile everytime I read the headlines, life on Cape Cod is getting better and better!!!!
But don't you worry, the Courts will make these misguided folks pay dearly! Yup, probably a whole year on probation!

They give the word "skank" a bad rap.
They make "trash" sound like a good description of a person.
If people like this were treated the same as the pets they abused, well......Oh, wait, they KILLED the dog! Oh well, give them the same treatment.

Ditto all the comments.
As in another thread, we spend some big bucks keeping our pets/animal friends healthy at the vets and then we come across $#@^ like these people(?).
As a friend of mine would say, "wack'em", we would be better off without the likes of them.
