A friend of ours ,,, Mac
Incase anyone missed it Mac is recovering from a really bad fall from some staging . He was instantly knocked unconscious and suffered a depressed skull fracture from wich he bled profusely. The ambulance didn't like what they saw at all and called in Med Fight . The ambulance took him to a local ballfield where a helicopter took him for 2 nights at MGH. Amazingly Mac did very well from a severe head injury . Unfortunately a swollen knee kept getting bigger and required some attention . Further examination showed a detached quad .. The top of his leg has to cut open from below the knee up and over to the quad muscle. He's going in to get cut soon (forgot date )then its 3 months of nothing . Absolutely no work . If he is going to have a good chance of recovery he has to do what the Doc says . Then its rehab . If anyone wishes to help Mac They can send a check payable to

Boys and girls, this is a good man in a tough spot. As much as he would rather not ask for the help, I know he and his wife appreciate it and thank you from the bottom of their hearts. I believe in the pay it forward credo, will be good karma as the season opens.

When do the auctions begin Eddy? I have some stuff for Dave. May I suggest small lots of 3 plugs... you`ll get more money that way....tickets will have more value.

Thanks Ed for taking this on. Have yet to meet MAC, but all have said what a great guy. I am a LOCAL #7 Ironworker and there is nothing worse than falling and how it effects the lives of so many people. Have lost too many Brothers, "in the line of duty". Thank God Dave is still with us, especially after landin' on tha noggin'. Guess being hard-headed has it's advantages  !

thank you brother..Macs a tradesman too .. funny about tradesman .. Talked to an old friend last night,, he asked what I been up to .. 33 carpenter. Told him about the Mac thing .. said he was sending me a check for Mac .. He wouldn't know Mac if he bumped into him .. He don't fish so knows nothing about Mac plugs .. amazing ..
