We could not fish for tuna on my boat like I wanted today because of the NE wind blowing (Small craft advisory) on the back side of the Cape,
So with no charters booked today Capt Mike and I had a leisurely day to go out bass fishing on the Ave Maria 2 in Boston Harbor.
Got on the boat @ 5:00 am and headed out to get bait.
Once the livewell was filled (including some nice size blue fish that will stay live in our bait pen for a future date to be fed to Large tuna) we started fishing Boston's inner harbor by 6:45
9:00 am we had our limit, smallest fish 20#, largest a bit over 32#
10:00 am, with time to kill before heading in, we went back to get more bait for tomorrow so we can sleep in tomorrow !
Left my camera on the boat, but will post pics later!
