Yes there are.Personaly I don't fish the river or the harbor.I grew up on it.Been there done that.....
One of the kids in work was talking about seeing a 48" taken at the docks this past Wed.I spoke to one of my customers who also witnessed that fish.He went back that night and had a few 36"-38"
I'd say there here.

was there friday night... kayak... no sign of bunker... no one there was using bunker... small lead heads... I was slowly trolling/drifting my last few eels from home... not a bump.
