Pre-PlugFest

Is there a spot near PlugFest to swim some plugs. Will the Ditch be slack, is there a spot with calm water? I've build betas-experimentals that need a swim.

Or you could head down to Scusset Beach. Maybe walk out on the Jetty and swim them on the left side where the water is calmer. Will also give you a nice high vantage point to see how it swims.

you could swim them at the mariner on the road to the Maritime. Very few boats there and calm water at the docks.
