Afternoon will be worse than the morning and I was thinking that if I go off of Chatham the land will be blocking a lot of the wind and the waves will not be that bad.

I think the bank will be rough for us small boaters on Fri. Chatham inshore should be fine as it should be a west wind by Fri, good luck if you go.
