Great story DZ. I was there the week before . Altmar was shoulder to shoulder. I only saw two fish landed all weekend. The tressle pool was the only place i fished that wasnt crowded and i still had to hike quite a way up . I guess you have to expect that on a holiday weekend. the weather was perfect and my wife wants me to buy her waders so it looks like ill be back up there next year. Is all of the DSR private I just parked in the lot and walked in.

Next2nun,
DSR is private and extends from Route 3 at the estuary upriver to just past the Black Hole. I guessing when you parked in the lot the office must not have been manned.
Bill,
Attached is a photo of Meth flies.

My bad, there wasn't anyone there when I parked. Im suprised Whitakers didn't tell me we had a conversation about it and he gave me directions. Just read your story again on my edge email, thanks
