Fishing the Beach

I'd like to have an overnight beach fishing event with several friends. I've heard that the federal Sanctuary on Plumb Island allows 4x4's and small camp fires as long as everyone is fishing, but it doesn't open til mid/late August. Does anyone know of beaches that are available for an overnight fishing/camping outing with 4x4 access and campfires? North shore/southern NH would be the best for us. Thanks for any help you can give and tight lines!

Fishing the Beach

Help! Are there really no beaches for this until late August? What a shame. If I eliminate the campfires, are there any that allow 4x4's and camping all night?

Fish On,

I know you may need a parking permit, but did you try Crane's Beach in Ipswich?? I believe they're open April to October!

Fishon,

I don't think I can do that without the actual picture. I have it on a CD at home, I will bring it in tomorrow and try to paste it in here....

A face only a mother could love.
I threw him back but ate his little brother "shorty" for dinner that night...

Sf the funny thing is, I was expecting a shorter woman. When I saw how tall you were, it made me realize how big the fish really was. The Avatar is misleading.

Well if this is all I gotta do to get a little attention around here.... lol.

I'm starting the feel like the asian girl they put into car ads, the one in the leather pants leaning over and exposing her cleavage...

I never realized how seductive a polo shirt covered in fish guts is.... hahaha

distractions

Y'know - with all the distractions It would appear that we forgot to ask where you managed to make such a fine catch.

That fish must have just walked up to you and laid at your feet.
You don't seem to have a single hair out of place.

Down boys, down! Sweetie has been with us now for about a year and we are gonna take good care of her here. No history need be brought up, but she's come a long way just to be posting her questions and making a get together at the Rhody Leg.

So if ya get outta hand, remember she's got some "big brothers" up here on the north shore, and from what I can guess, more on the south shore too!

Thanks, guys. I'm flattered.

But the real joke's on you -- See, I'm actually the fish, and I've been typing all this time with my fins. I don't catch humans a lot when I go human-fishing, but this one was almost 70" long, so I took pictures.

LOL.

A little Sunday a.m. humor for you.

Just remember, I'm not just a pretty fish-- I mean face. lol. I'll admit, not a lot of gals my age with manicured nails go fishing -- can't explain it, I just love it.

No, that fish did NOT walk up to my feet, I had a h3ll of a time getting him in. Worth every penny though. Sore arms tomorrow don't matter when you get a picture like that today.

MikeT, I could tell you the exact spot, ....but then I'd have to kill you. And I don't think my resume needs "murderer" on it....

Thanks Nightfighter. Almost a year, next month since my first post. And while I've not done a lot of fishing in that time, I've done some good listening and observing. Hoping this is the year for catching!!!!! I'm hoping to have some pictures to post after next sunday, when I go back to that spot where I caught that little cutie I'm holding in my avatar. Maybe I'll catch his big. brother for my next trick.....
