bad gamakatsu hooks follow up

I sent the new broken hooks it the original package back to gamakatsu usa , Monday I get a box in the mail from them , inside there is a replacement package of hooks and 2 decals . nice of them to replace the hooks even though it is a obvious bad casting . kind of disappointed that there was no letter with it saying , we'll look into it , we had a bad batch , ect ?

people can shirk their duties and go for max output
without checking tolerances enough because their online
goofin off.... instead of calibrating the machine....

Try Eagle Claw Lazer Sharp Circle Octopus Inline Hooks I get them at Wallymart
cheap don't drop fish 98% hook up side of the mouth . I use 7\0 with Eels and 8\0 with clam's . Dont use with Chunk hook turns into the Bait. and the key is dont set the hook and Snell the hook with the line pull over the hooks eye not under
