Black Sea Bass cooperating...and aggressive

I'll let the mods decide if this is spot-burning...

The black sea bass are biting nice near a certain island shaped like a pork chop. Haven't caught one in a while, I forgot how beautiful they are, and man were they good in the fryer and baked in the oven.

And early in the AM, we were slinging eels in tight to the southwest corner of the island. We caught not one, but TWO sea bass that tried to eat our live eels. Never seen that happen before.

The other thing that suprised me, was that we hardly caught any scup. I don't think I've ever been in a situation when the sea bass were dominating the scup, I've always experienced it the other way around.
