The Sandwich Fair in Sandwich, NH.
My brother lives in that area and we have been going there for a few years now.
It's got it all: amusement rides, midway games, massive food venue and the traditional animal and vegetable displays (best of show, etc...)
Oh, and they have tractor pulls, both kid and adult versions!!!

Was planning on heading out to either CCB for macks OR out to BB >> to Newport for some sight-fishing and/or Hog-fishing.
Looks like the weather wants me to play cards, watch football and instead. All the above sounds great, but was really hoping to get out. Long weekend too

Maybe go pike fishing. Definitely need to work around the house--paint our bedroom and lay down a new floor in the cellar, or at least stand in the cellar and think about laying down a new floor.

Neighborhood chili chowda cook off today which I'm going to win. Sitting in private box behind first base to watch the sox win game 1 tonight. Bag a 50 sunday night. Call in sick on Monday and take the kids to a corn maze.

Spent the last two days with Dad and Mom Bomba at the compound in Provincetown. No fish.
Sucked to not be able to drive on the beaches. Enough said about that.
Football and baseball today.
Tomorrow put the fishing stuff away for the winter and move the ice gear into a spot where I can work on it.
Getting ready for ACL replacement and meniscus repair a week from Tuesday. The last time I had rehab like this on my hands, I joined SB.com (13 years ago).
Well, best of luck everybody...I'll be out of the loop until the end of October (and then probably making lots of twisted comments).
