Busy Line Charters out of Pt Judith??

i'm trying to put together a charter trip for me and a friend. I was hoping to try light-tackle fishing for stripers, out of the Point Judith area. I've been on a lot of 6-pack charters there, but never a smaller boat specializing in light tackle.

I found a captain named Norm Bardell, his boat is called Busy Line charters. He has a 23-foot Seacraft, which he keeps near the Block Island Ferry. He likes to sling eels at Block if it's nice, or among the rocks around Naragansett if it's too windy to go to Block.

He seemed like a really nice guy. Anyone have any experience with him?

Thanks,

Jamie
