Brown Sugga

Anyone try the Lagunitas Brown Sugga? My local packy has in some cases. Theyre not advertising it but I bought a six of the IPA and they told me they had some in the back. Limited supply in RI from what they said. Havent tried it yet. Might pick some up this week.

For that money, I'll buy a good scotch or a few bottles of Ron Zacapa rum.

I like a lot of DFH beers but agree with Nebe that most are just too big.

Sam gets put into a separate category. I'd also give them props for getting a decent lager into just about every bar in the nation.

Finally tried the Brown Shugga - good but very strong - almost 10 % ABV. I still think the Sucks is their best brew. That should be out later this month.

Tried the Brown Shugga this weekend as well..thought it was good...not great.

I just had a Stone Self-Righteous Ale before that....and that was real good....

Sucks is good and IPA is ok, haven't been impressed with much else from lagunitas.

Only really like the Indian brown ale from dfh. IPAs are ok. All that fruity stuff they do is not for me.

hop stoopid is really good, but for me it isn't even in the discussion for best double ipa, let alone best beer in the world. I agree with Dennis on the brown shugga, good not great.

No, no, no. we’re 30… 30, three zero.
