If somebody breaks in to your home or place of business Nebe,do you instantly wonder what color they were? Or even care? Because if you do that says more about you. I am also the trusting type. Never lock doors or vehicles and just pretend everything is cool. It came back to bite me last year when an oz of fresh Buddha got lifted from my truck in the driveway. The unwelcome visitor also went into my garage and took Kim’s pocketbook from her car.Shame on me was my conclusion, too trusting. They caught the person who was a habitual offender, I know what color he was but that really didn’t matter. An ounce of prevention would have saved an oz...

Even more noteworthy was that the number of ATTEMPTS dropped from 19,000 to 3700. I am not surprised your efforts did not lead you to such success stories Jeff as it would not exactly help polish the turd you cling to. Those pesky Spanish white supremists will have to live with themselves in safety as a result.

Not sure if your aware the fence I think your referencing is in actual Africa not mainland Spain

This third razor wire barrier cost Spain €33 million to construct. It consists of 11 km (6.8 mi) of parallel 3 m (9 ft 10 in) high fences topped with barbed wire, with regular watchposts and a road running between them

It's easier to try to stablize other country's and cheaper.

It like Bums or street people if we don't make eye contact or roll up he window they don't exist ...

That's all the wall is rolling up the windows ... and ignoring why they are there to start with ... Most not all are coming to america to behave badly ...

i know why. because your side is stupidly wrong when
they say walls
don’t work, and your side screams racism whenever they are losing.

how come all
conservatives are saying immigration is good, as
long as it’s by the rules? how is that racist?

spence, i think your problem, is that obviously you can’t differentiate between the word “reduce” and the word “eliminate.”. that’s it.

the wall will reduce illegal crossings and the problems that go along with it. the data shows that with zero ambiguity. it will not eliminate illegal crossings. is that too fast for you?

Big reason border crossings dropped at Yuma is because illegal immigration has dropped dramatically due to changing economics and the fact that many just tried to cross in other places.

Spence, if you want illegal immigrants to stop wanting to come here, ruin the country with progressive socialism which will destroy the country and remove freedoms while eliminating any desire to come here for a better life since here will be no better than anywhere else. It will take years but you are on the path.

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!

It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

It’s funny, all this progressive socialism seems to have built the strongest economy ever seen. We’re going to lose it not because it’s progressive but because of the divisiveness.

Wayne, where it’s located and the type of construction is missing the point. The fence has dramatically cut down ILLEGAL border crossings. Numbers don’t lie...

There are plenty of examples out there. Border barriers are not a new idea but they are certainly capable of reducing ILLEGAL entry.

Yes Jim, can't argue with a sheep, in his mind freedom is just a word

I suggest stable government's are a better choice than any fence

Also a fence or wall affects people and traffic traffic both ways

BUT the current wall is being sold as the only soulution even they have attempted walk that back ,,, walls and fences have there place in any fix

Not sure what the best way to fix the problem is,but a fence or wall of sorts is a good place to start.

i don’t follow. the house isn’t demanding the wall. they don’t need leverage, they aren’t asking for anything. endingbrhe shutdown serves the house, it doesn’t hurt them.

we are here because (1) the gop didn’t do their job the last two years, AND because (2) for political reasons, the democrats are saying barriersndont work, when they supported them
in 2006 and 2013.

i am as upset as you about impacted workers. the difference between you and i, is that i can honestly say it’s both sides, because clearly it is. you, as always, are blinded by that which doesn’t serve your agenda.

i wonder what you had to say about the shutdown that occurred under obama, i’m sure THAT was the fault of congress. right?

The GOP was trying to defund existing law and kill the ACA. Have you noticed all these big shutdowns all all when republicans hold the house?

Not at all. The house and senate have both agreed to spending that has a lot of increased security funding. It’s Trump’s tantrum and Mitch’s inability to lead that’s holding everything up.

The perspective here is pretty simple. Trump thinks he can negotiate via chaos. Even his own party doesn’t know what he’s going to do. Jeb was right.
