Survival of the fittest certainly does not explain the arrival of the fittest Beachcomber...
Especially true in Charlie Moore's case!
If evolution were true in Charlie's case... we're going
BACKWARDS!!!

i can watch it
but not with sound......seeing unfrozen water is soothing.
i like how Charlie just walks into auchebon hardware and takes something and walks out with out paying.
i looked up the word obnoxious and there was a picture of charlie.

I gotta tell ya. This is what I love about this site.... REAL Striper fishermen. No sissies. Spring is 61 days away and the first pre schoolies will be at the West Wall and Deep Hole. God, I can't wait!

Piemma,
well real fisherman, I guess.
This guy Moores gotta go.
But after seeing the Coasties tell him they just LOVE his show I have to wonder if it is me who is all fetched up.
Are there really this many happies (see wanker) in the world ?
Because that has got to account for the popularity of this idiot.
He is the same type of guy I tell to go pound sand up his ass when they come up to me on the beach begging for info and plugs and then you over hear them downtown bragging about how they "absolutely crushed them out at the rips on a chahta"
Willy wannabe is a popular way to be I guess.
Live and learn.
And they wonder why the think islanders are unapproachable.......

He is only popular because we dont like him, if we all liked him, noone would watch or talk about him....
Even better Paul, put him on the end of a breach and let him be that big of an A-hole during a 10 man rotation... he'd be fish food.... or let him go land one during a nice 6ft swell at Q on the outgoing.... he'd be halfway to block I before anyone noticed and it would be days before anyone cares...
I bet his camera crew even hates him!

beachwalker:
I agree with all you said. I have fished the surf for going on 35 years and every year I am amazed at the number of jerks that find their way onto the beach. Fortunately they only last half a year and then they are tired of getting beat up. You know, there are a number of us that fish the rocky confines of RI and we sneak around between midnight and dawn so we don't have to deal with the Charlie Moore wanabes.
Thank God they don't have the ^&%s to fish to good places in the dark.

Paul, thats why I go nocturnal during the season, as much as I can with out sleeping through work... even in the crowded season, it is still possible to hide.....

I second that Piemma. Well said rock.
I tuned in this weekend after BF alerted us he was on. What a waster but the canoe he was in up on the Maine lake was neat.
If he would just take the time and embrace the cool shiite around him instead of ranting and raving about how cool and funny he is (see southie brand of lousy humor) it would be a great show.
He should have talked about that canoe the whole time. That is the kind of stuff he should focus on but he is such a wanker that he doesn't get it.

No he's not in it for enjoyment... he's in it to be an a-hole....
I have rarely seen someone so inlove with himself...

Well, the only good thing is, given where we all fish and when we fish, we will never run into him in person. At least I hope not. 60 days till Spring. Keep the faith and keep spinnin' wood.

btw, not a fan of Charlie M, cant even stand to watch him.... There is NO reason he has his own show, unless he is on fire!!!

Bass Nut,
My sincerest apologies. I mean it.
I am being prejudice and that is wrong. I was wondering when someone would pipe in. For all I know he probably isn't even from Southie.
I am in the trades down on Nantucket and we get these Charlie Moore type pricks who are a pain in the a$$ on a jobsite.
Somehow they picked up the label, Southie.
Don't you agree that if the guy actually was smart enought o pay attention to all the cool stuff around him it would be a great show ?
He is putting New England to shame
C'mon Natural Selection !

BW, wasnt that offended!! no prob...
I feel your pain,Do you think you could please refer to the lazy cocky luzahs on the job as Charlie Moore, all of 'em?
Yes if CM spent less time yipee and yahooin' about hook ups with bluegills, the show might actually be descent to watch...
What they dont show you is his sister actually putting the night crawler on the hook for Charlie!

Geez, so much illwill towards a guy who just wants to do the same as you, go out and catch some fish. Charlie's a little corny, but he never claimed, or claims, to be a professional Saltwater Fisherman. He'll be the first to tell you that.

If everyone stops watching the show the ratings will be so bad they will take that idiot off the air. I have not seen one of his new shows yet and don't intend to. I can not stand the guy. I would rather watch Dragontales cartoons with my son! His family must have money because I don't think he ever made it on the BASS tournament trail.
