Oh yeah and now I'm a racist because I noticed that the people that fish the Causeway have out of state license plates and look different than me and the next day when I take a ride there is trash everywhere. Yeah I'm a racist because I actually say my mind that I'm against people from other states littering in my town. The old race card. It has nothing to do with if your Portuguese or Thai or Black or Hmong or Irish if you litter and poach that sucks. By the way Basswipe I'm 31. You keep calling me a kid. How old are you?

My mistake your probably in your 40's. I apologize Basswipe. In all seriousness I apologize Basswipe for my behavior, I just get riled up when the whole access, litter, poaching, local spots being put on the web thing gets started. Please accept my whole hearted apology. It's been a long winter and I need to catch fish. That comment I made about you serving was uncalled for I do hold respect for veterans. My dad served in Vietnam. Sorry again.

Mike...

I know there's a decent thread on squidding somewhere on this data-base. I'm not sure if JohnR lost it when he got his new server....seeing as how it keeps acting up...

I tried using the "Search" feature with numerous "squid" titles, but it doesn't come up. Sorry bud - I'll check again later.

...it finally happened, there are no more secret spots

Mike,
It depends somewhat on what kind of jig you have. If you have one that imitates a little fish you don't need bait. Just use a light rod and drop the jig in the water. Most times you can see the squid jump on.

I'd be interested in taking a ride down there and trying this. When does this all usually take place? If anyone wants to hook up let me know?

Blackeye,
I know I talked about it last year, but everytime I got ready to go it rained I'm not worried about me melting, but a cold May rain ain't gonna do my genset or lights any good. Hopefully, we'll find a night this year.
Dad,
I'll post something when we get closer to the time.
